- Advising the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), along with JPMorgan and Citibank N.A., on multiple loan transactions to Paraguayan financial institutions.
- Advising Banco Itaú Paraguay S.A. on a syndicated loan of USD 71 million for a Brazilian investment fund in the acquisition of local assets from a bankrupt Portuguese group.
- Advising the Moisés Bertoni Foundation, custodian of the Mbaracayú Forest Nature Reserve (over 60,000 hectares of protected forests), on the restructuring of its endowment.
- Advising IDB, IDB Invest, US DFC, CAF, and JICA, as lenders in the Paracel Project, for the construction of a greenfield sustainable pulp mill in Concepción, Paraguay, with a production capacity of 1.8 million tons per year of bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp.
- Advising IDB and IDB Invest on structured financing of approximately USD 250 million for the design and operation of a new tertiary hospital in Asunción, Paraguay, in partnership with Mount Sinai International LLC, with a mixed financing of equity, IDB Invest debt, and third-party financing.
- Advising IDB Invest on granting an unsecured senior loan to Ueno Bank S.A. for an amount of up to PYG 73,000 million, aimed at financing MSMEs in local currency and promoting financial inclusion in Paraguay.
- Advising Agronegocios del Paraguay E.A.S. on obtaining OPEX and CAPEX credit lines for the acquisition of agricultural machinery.
- Advising IDB and IDB Invest on granting a USD 25 million loan to Riverpar S.A. (part of Atria Logistics Solutions Group) for financing a bio-LNG prototype tugboat and the construction of a biogas plant, which will process organic waste from the dairy industry to supply the vessel with green fuel.

- Advising Molecular Energies PLC on the acquisition of Domenica S.A., an oil drilling operator.
- Advising Industrias Creativas ON S.A.E.C.A. (Grupo ICON) on corporate restructuring and the merger by absorption of Koga, Brandon, YN, Viento Sur, and Miut, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and simplifying governance.
- Advising Morphware S.A. on the acquisition of a 6MW power purchase agreement for a data center.
- Advising Agronegocios del Paraguay and a company from a leading family group in the poultry sector on the constitution and capitalization of a new company for a strategic joint venture to carry out agricultural projects.
- Advising Agrow Soluciones Agrícolas on signing a distribution contract with a Brazilian agricultural supplies company, secured by a letter of credit issued from a local bank to a Brazilian bank.
- Advising Le Marche S.A., the administrator of 3 fields in the Paraguayan Chaco, on the comprehensive governance and labor restructuring of its agricultural workforce.
