Martin is a lawyer specialized in Digital Law, Technology and Data Protection. He has extensive experience as a typist in first instance Civil and Commercial courts of the Capital and as a rapporteur of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) in the Criminal Chamber.
Participated as an advisor to the General Directorate of Information and Communications Technology of the CSJ (DGTIC) working on the implementation of the Electronic File in all instances, especially in the Criminal Chamber of the Court.
First advisor to the Cybersecurity and Information Protection Directorate of the CSJ (DCPI).
Developed projects on the use of emails as a means of electronic judicial notification, breakdown of digital documents, evaluation of personal data protection in the CSJ, and leading the project on use and copying of digital evidence for criminal jurisdiction.
Completed a master’s degree at the University of Barcelona (2018-2019) in Digital Law and Information Society, Certificate in Data Protection General Law Foundation (LGPDF) from ITCert (2024), I took courses in Digital Economy Law at CEDEP in jointly with the Carlos III University of Mardid (2023), courses in Computer Forensics (2022), Cybercrime and Digital Evidence (2020), among others.

Speaker at the XI APAPI International Seminar – Intellectual Property and Metaverse – SmartContracts topic (2022).
Speaker at the II Ibero-American Congress of Digital Rights organized by the Faculty of Administrative Sciences (FCA) of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM, Peru) (2024).
Carried out research on the means of regulating artificial intelligence with emphasis on privacy, disruptive technologies (Blockchain and Smart Contracts), electronic documentation and means of proof, cybersecurity and information protection in companies, and the use of electronic judicial files in comparative law.
