Ángeles is a legal professional with extensive experience in conducting trials in civil and commercial jurisdictions, both in judicial and arbitration proceedings. Her career has led her to serve as an external advisor to COLAB in arbitration and mediation cases, contributing with her knowledge in conflict resolution and alternative justice procedures.

Throughout her career, she has worked at renowned corporate law firms, as well as at the Arbitration and Mediation Center, where she served as Arbitration Secretary. He also acquired valuable experience in the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, strengthening his knowledge in highly complex litigation.

Since her formative years, she has demonstrated a firm commitment to academic and professional excellence. She represented the National University of Asunción in international arbitration competitions, participating in Lima 2014, Vienna 2015 and Montevideo 2016. In the 2014 competition, her work in drafting the Claimant and Respondent Memorial was recognized with first prize in the written phase.

She graduated as a lawyer in 2017, joining the honor roll of her class at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Asunción. Then she graduated from the Judicial School of Paraguay – Civil Jurisdiction of the Council of the Judiciary in 2019. She continued her academic training by pursuing a master’s degree in Private Law at the National University of Rosario in the year 2021 to 2023. She recently completed a Diploma in Corporate Law and Business at the American University in conjunction with the Council of the Judiciary.
