The National Direction of Public Procurement published on its website the Bidding Terms and Conditions for the prequalification of the public investment project for the expansion and improvement of Route PY01 in the Cuatro Mojones – Quiindy Tranche under the Public Private Partnership (PPP).
As of today, interested parties may submit their request to be prequalified as a bidder for the project. Interested bidders may download the prequalification terms and conditions and prepare their bids accordingly.
The deadline to submit prequalification applications expires on May 31, 2023.
One the list of prequalified bidders is published; the Competitive Dialogue phase will begin.
